摘  要:设计卷烟品质工艺参数控制平台采集工艺参数,并将其传输到网络传输层的ZigBee协调器和以太网卡芯片。利用中央处理器控制ZigBee协调器和以太网卡芯片,将卷烟品质工艺参数传输到访问支撑层。访问支撑层利用OPC数据存取接口和RS-485通信接口将卷烟品质工艺参数存储到信息存储层的SQL数据库。用户后台管理层通过调取SQL数据库内的卷烟品质工艺参数,利用生产工艺参数控制模块内的基于模糊自学习的卷烟品质工艺参数控制方法,控制卷烟品质工艺参数并将其反馈到设备层内不同卷烟生产设备中,实现卷烟品质工艺参数控制,同时利用该层内的报表管理、质量分析报表、设备管理等模块实现人机交互。It describes the control platform development of cigarette quality process parameters.This system collects the process parameters,and transmits them to the ZigBee coordinator and Ethernet card chip of the network transmission layer.The central processor controls the ZigBee coordinator and Ethernet card chip,and transmits the process parameters of cigarette quality to the access support layer.The access support layer uses OPC data access interface and RS-485 communication interface to store the process parameters of cigarette quality to the SQL database of the information storage layer.By retrieving the cigarette quality process parameters in the SQL database and using the fuzzy self-learning based cigarette quality process parameter control method in the production process parameter control module,the user's backstage management can control the cigarette quality process parameters and feed them back to different cigarette production equipment in the equipment layer to realize the cigarette quality process parameter control.The man-machine interaction is realized by the modules of report management,quality analysis report and equipment management in this layer.
