摘 要:本文以建筑节能改造工作为研究目标展开分析,节能是一种重要的经济和环境政策,既有建筑的节能改造是提高建筑物能源效率和减少温室气体排放的最直接、最经济、最有效的途径。基于此,本文首先对我国既有建筑能耗现状进行分析,并且提出了既有建筑节能改造技术应用的重要性和相关技术要点,保证建筑节能改造工作质量,实现良好的节能降耗工作效果,希望可以为相关工作人员提供参考。This paper takes building energy-saving renovation work as the research objective to carry out analysis.Energy saving is an important economic and environmental policy.Energy-saving renovation of existing buildings is the most direct,economical and effective way to improve building energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the current situation of energy consumption of existing buildings in China,and puts forward the importance and relevant technical points of the application of energy saving transformation technology of existing buildings,so as to ensure the work quality of building energy saving transformation and achieve good energy saving and consumption reduction effect,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
