摘 要:本文基于对居住需求与民居设计的关注,以胶东民居建筑为对象,从建筑设计因素与居住者需求两维度创建综合节能评价体系,构建节能评价模型,借助招远市段家洼村某民居进行评价,分析民居节能设计的合理性对室内温度、建造成本造成的影响,发现不利于节能的设计因素与未满足居住者需求的消极因素,为民居的节能设计和居民福祉的提升提供参考。Based on the concern for living demand and residential design,This paper takes Jiaodong residential buildings as the object,creates a comprehensive energy-saving evaluation system from the two dimensions of architectural design factors and occupants'demand,constructs an energy efficiency evaluation model,and evaluates it with a farmhouse in Duanjiawa Village of Zhaoyuan City.It also analyses the impact of the rationality of the energy-saving design of the residential building on the indoor temperature and the construction cost,and discovers the design factors that are unfavorable to energy-saving as well as negative factors that do not satisfy the demands of the occupants,so that it can provide reference for energy efficiency design of residential building and the enhancement of the residents’well-being.
