补肾宁心方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的基于“肾藏精”藏象理论探究补肾宁心方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)的临床效果及其作用机制。方法采用回顾性研究,共120例PMOP患者,其中对照组57例及观察组63例。对照组运用基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服补肾宁心方。治疗3个月后,根据腰椎及髋部骨密度、骨代谢指标和炎症因子评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率80.95%(51/63)显著高于对照组的64.91%(37/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腰椎及髋部骨密度、骨形成指标水平均显著高于治疗前,观察组以上指标较对照组均显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者骨吸收指标水平均显著低于治疗前,观察组以上指标较对照组均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾宁心方治疗PMOP可提高临床效果,改善患者骨密度,可能通过抑制骨吸收、加快骨形成以及降低炎症反应发挥作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of tonifying kidney and calming heart recipe in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)based on the zang-xiang theory of kidney stores essence.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 120 PMOP patients,including 57 cases in the control group and 63 cases in the observation group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given tonifying kidney and calming heart recipe on the basis of the control group.After there months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to lumbar and hip bone mineral density(BMD),bone metabolism indexes and inflammatory factors.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.95%(51/63),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.91%,37/57),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD of lumbar spine and hip and the levels of bone formation indexes in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone resorption indexes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and calming heart recipe can improve the clinical efficacy and BMD in the treatment of PMOP.It may play a role by inhibiting bone resorption,accelerating bone formation and reducing inflammatory reaction.
