摘　　要：目的使用小针刀治疗网球肘,分析超声监测下小针刀针刺肘关节附近结筋病灶点治疗疾病的临床效果。方法将60例患者采用随机数字表法分为超声监测下针刺经筋组(针刺结筋病灶点)和非超声监测下针刺经筋组。两组在肱骨外髁、曲池次、泽前次、泽下次、手三里次进行超声监测或非超声监测针刺。通过HSS2肘关节评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表对治疗方法进行对比评价。结果两种方法对肱骨外上髁炎都起到治疗效果,以超声监测下针刺经筋组效果显著。结论用超声监测针刺肘关节周围结筋病灶点治疗肱骨外上髁炎更安全,针刀操作更有针对性,效果确切,能够有效缓解患者疼痛症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupotomy needling at fascia knot focal point around the elbow joint under ultrasonic monitoring in treating tennis elbow.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into acupuncture at muscle regions group under ultrasound monitoring(acupuncture at fascia knot focal point)and acupuncture at muscle regions group without ultrasound monitoring by random number table method.Ultrasonic monitoring or non-ultrasonic monitoring acupuncture was performed at the lateral condyle of humerus,Quchi,Zeqian,Zexia and Shousanli in both groups.The elbow function HSS2 score and pain visual analogue scale score were used to compare and evaluate each treatment method.Results Both methods have therapeutic effect on the lateral epicondylitis of humerus,and the effect of acupuncture at muscle regions group under ultrasound monitoring is remarkable.Conclusion Ultrasonic monitoring and acupuncture at the fascia knot focal point around the elbow joint in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus is safer,acupotomy operation is more targeted,effective,and can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients.
