针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月南昌市洪都中医院收治的62例子宫肌瘤患者展开回顾性研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组31例接受少腹逐瘀汤治疗,观察组31例接受针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组症状积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组治疗后主症、次症积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率96.77%(30/31)高于对照组的80.65%(25/31)(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫肌瘤患者针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤,可以有效减轻月经延后、经色暗淡、经量或多或少、月经有血块等临床症状,继而有效提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty-two patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as subjects for retrospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Thirty-one cases in the control group were treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,while thirty-one cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.The symptom scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than that of the control group(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of delayed menstruation,dark menstruation,more or less menstruation,blood clots and so on in patients with uterine fibroids,and then effectively improve the treatment effect.
