摘  要:目的通过对红瑞木果多糖抗氧化活性的初步探索,为其后续研究及开发应用提供依据。方法以抗坏血酸(Vc)为阳性对照,分别采用羟基自由基(·OH)清除实验、二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH·)清除实验和三价铁离子(Fe^(3+))还原实验,测定并计算红瑞木果多糖在0.25~1.50 mg/mL浓度范围内对DPPH·、·OH的清除率和对Fe^(3+)的还原力。结果红瑞木果多糖对DPPH·、·OH的清除率和对Fe^(3+)的还原力均有影响,且随浓度增加,其影响作用随之增强。当红瑞木果多糖浓度达到1.50 mg/mL时,其对DPPH·、·OH的清除率和对Fe^(3+)的还原力分别达到79.3%、60.6%和0.565。结论红瑞木果多糖对DPPH·、·OH均有清除作用,对Fe^(3+)有还原作用,是天然有效的抗氧化剂。Objective Through preliminary exploration of the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides from the Swida alba Opiz fruit,a basis is provided for its subsequent research,development,and application.Methods Using vitamin C(Vc)as a positive control,the hydroxyl radical(·OH)clearance experiment,diphenyl bitter hydrazine radical(DPPH·)clearance experiment,and trivalent iron ion(Fe^(3+))reduction experiment were used to measure and calculate the clearance rate and reducing power of Swida alba Opiz fruit polysaccharide on DPPH·,·OH and Fe^(3+)in the concentration range of 0.25~1.50 mg/mL.Results The polysaccharides from Swida alba Opiz fruit have an impact on the clearance rate of DPPH·,·OH and the reducing power of Fe^(3+),and their effect increases with increasing concentration.When the mass concentration of Swida alba Opiz fruit polysaccharide reaches 1.50 mg/mL,its clearance rate for DPPH·,·OH,and reduction ability for Fe^(3+)reach 79.3%,60.6%,and 0.565.Conclusion Polysaccharide from Swida alba Opiz fruit has a scavenging effect on DPPH·and·OH,and a reducing effect on Fe^(3+).It is a natural and effective antioxidant.
