中药酒剂配合集束化护理在颈肩腰腿痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药酒剂配合集束化护理在颈肩腰腿痛治疗中的应用。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者50例,随机分为两组,对照组采取基础护理及电磁治疗仪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取中药酒剂配合集束化护理。比较两组不同时间点疼痛程度、运动功能改善效果及护理满意度。结果两组护理后3 d、护理后1周疼痛评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),研究组护理后3 d、护理后1周疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组运动功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度96.0%(24/25)高于对照组的76.0%(19/25)(P<0.05)。结论中药酒剂配合集束化护理应用在颈肩腰腿痛患者护理中,可以明显减轻患者疼痛感,改善患者运动功能,有利于患者身体康复,患者满意度较高,值得护理临床应用。Objective To explore the application of Chinese medicine liquor combined with cluster nursing in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods Fifty patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with basic nursing and electromagnetic therapy instrument,and the study group was given Chinese medicine liquor and cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,improvement of motor function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing 3 days and 1 week after nursing(P<0.05),and the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at same time(P<0.05).The improvement of motor function in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,Chinese medicine liquor and cluster nursing can obviously reduce the pain of patients,improve the motor function,and is beneficial to the patient’s physical recovery.With high patient satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical nursing application.
