针刺蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎研究进展

摘　　要：变应性鼻炎是当今社会常见的一种疾病,目前的治疗方法主要为予糖皮质激素、肥大细胞稳定剂、抗胆碱药、抗组胺药,但具有不能彻底控制、停药后反复、价格昂贵等缺点,亟需寻找一种简单、有效、绿色、持久的治疗方法。传统针刺迎香等穴位治疗,可起到暂时的良好通气效果,但维持时间短。针刺蝶腭神经节具有中西医联合的理论依据,被定名为“鼻穴3”,并被临床研究证实确有疗效。文章通过总结分析其目前临床研究进展,为今后的临床研究提供新的思路与方向。Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in today’s society.At present,the treatment methods mainly include glucocorticoid,mast cell stabilizer,anticholinergic drugs and antihistamines,but its disadvantages are that it can not be completely controlled,repeated after withdrawal,high price and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to find a simple,effective,green and lasting treatment.Traditional acupuncture at Yingxiang(LI20)and other acupoints can play a temporary good ventilation function,but its maintenance time is short.Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion has the theoretical basis of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Sphenopalatine ganglion is named nose point 3,which is proved to be effective by clinical research.This study summarized the status of clinical researches,in order to provide new ideas and directions for future clinical researches.
