中医药治疗多重耐药菌肺部感染研究进展

摘　　要：随着抗生素的广泛应用,多重耐药菌(MDRO)导致的感染成为亟待解决的一大问题。在MDRO导致的感染中,肺部感染占很大比例,西医在治疗MDRO肺部感染方面以选用敏感抗生素为主,但敏感抗生素又很容易引起新的耐药菌出现。相反地,中医药在治疗MDRO肺部感染中呈现出很大优势,文章总结近几年的文章,从病因病机、辨证治疗以及中医辅助疗法等方面论述中医药治疗MDRO肺部感染方面的研究进展,为中医药治疗MDRO导致的肺部感染开阔思路。With the wide application of antibiotics,infection caused by multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO)has become a major challenge to be solved.Pulmonary infection accounts for a large proportion of infections caused by MDRO.Western medicine mainly selects sensitive antibiotics in the treatment of MDRO pulmonary infection,but sensitive antibiotics are easy to cause the emergence of new MDRO.Adversely,traditional Chinese medicine has shown great advantages in the treatment of pulmonary infection caused by MDRO.This paper summarized the articles in recent years,and discussed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MDRO pulmonary infection from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation treatment and auxiliary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to broaden the thinking for the treatment of MDRO pulmonary infection by traditional Chinese medicine.
