摘 要:近年来中国足球的成绩一路走低和职业足球市场持续低迷引发社会高度关注。其中,球员转会价格不断攀升以及由此引发的俱乐部财政问题严重影响职业足球市场,哪些因素影响球员转会价格迄今未有定论。借助特征价格理论,构建职业足球运动员转会特征价格模型,以量化测度影响足球运动员转会价格的因素。影响球员转会价格因素从大到小依次是属性特征、比赛特征和环境特征,属性特征中的转会年龄、受市场欢迎程度、个人商业开发能力和效力过的俱乐部数量,比赛特征中的近期进攻能力和代表国家队出场数,环境特征中买方俱乐部市场实力、联赛差距和转会限制指标等10个指标为显著影响因素。结合中超联赛实证,提出提升职业足球市场自身的造血功能,加强年轻球员培养,鼓励球员转会,注重对球员商业和媒体价值的综合开发与提升联赛市场开发水平等建议。Football is a symbol for a established strong sport nation in China,but in recent years,the performance of Chinese football is decreasing and the professional football market is gradually sluggish.The transfer price of domestic football players is increasing and the problem of excessive financial pressure on football clubs influence the professional football market.There is no final conclusion on how to determine a reasonable price for a football player as well as what factors affect this pricing process and to what extent.Based on the hedonic price theory,this paper constructs a hedonic price model for the transfer of professional football player to estimate the factors that influence the transfer price of football players.The influencing factors of the transfer price can be divided into three variables:attribute characteristics,match characteristics and environment characteristics.Attribute characteristics contribute the most to the transfer price,followed by match characteristics and environment characteristics;Ten indicators of football player attribute characteristics which include the age of transfer,the popularity of the players in the market,the personal business development capabilities and the clubs they have played in,the recent offensive ability and the number of appearances on behalf of the national team in the game characteristics,the market strength of the buyer’s club in the environmental characteristics,the league gap and the transfer restriction indicators are significant influencing factors.This article combines the empirical evidence of the Chinese professional leagues and proposes to improve the hematopoietic function of the professional football market,strengthen the training of young players,encourage player transfers,focus on the comprehensive development of players'commercial and media value as well as improve the overall construction level of football league.
