摘  要:目的在中医护理技术课程中将文化自信融入课程思政建设,培养学生的文化自信与文化自觉,提高学生的文化自信体验感。方法2022年3—6月,在16个2020级专升本护理专业班级中,随机选取4个班级分为试验组2个班级,对照组2个班级,分别为57名、59名。对照组采用传统教学方法,根据教学安排、教学进度进行授课。试验组在授课过程中,将思政理念融入教学过程中,把专业课程与思想政治教育完美结合。通过调查问卷观察2组学生对课程学习兴趣、问题分析能力、自主学习能力、理论联系实际能力、课程的喜爱程度、专业思想稳定性、中医药文化情感、中医药文化行为、中医药文化认知、中医药文化认同等学生的学习能力和文化自信情况,通过考核成绩观察2组学生的技能掌握情况。结果试验组学生对课堂学习兴趣、问题分析能力、自主学习能力、理论联系实际能力,对课程的喜爱程度和专业思想的稳定性,对中医药文化的情感、行为、认知、认同高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组学生技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论思政元素的融入在提升学生专业技术能力的同时提高了学生思想水平和道德水平。Objective To integrate cultural self-confidence into the curriculum ideological and political construction in the course of nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine,cultivating students'cultural self-confidence and cultural consciousness,and improving students'cultural self-confidence experience.Methods From March to June of 2022,4 classes were randomly selected from 16 upgraded nursing classes in 2020 and divided into 2 classes in the experimental group and 2 classes in the control group,with 57 and 59 students,respectively.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods according to teaching arrangement and schedule.In the course of teaching,the experimental group integrated ideological and political ideas into the teaching process,and perfectly combined professional courses with ideological and political education.Through the questionnaire investigation,the learning ability and cultural self-confidence of the students in the two groups were observed in terms of their interest in course learning,problem analysis ability,independent learning ability,theory and practice ability,course liking degree,professional thought stability,traditional Chinese medicine cultural emotion,traditional Chinese medicine cultural behavior,traditional Chinese medicine cultural cognition,traditional Chinese medicine cultural identity,etc.The skills of 2 groups of students were observed through the examination results.Results The experimental group showed a higher level of interest in classroom learning,problem analysis ability,self-learning ability,ability to connect theory with practice,degree of love for courses,stability of professional thinking,and emotional,behavioral,cognitive,and identification with traditional Chinese medicine culture compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The skill assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The integration of ideologic
