摘　　要：阴茎假体植入术是难治性勃起功能障碍最有效的手术治疗方法之一。经过几十年的发展,阴茎假体的机械可靠性、患者满意度、安全性和功能性勃起修复都有了很大的提高。本文就近几十年来阴茎假体的发展情况与假体术后感染的管理作一综述。Penile prosthesis implantation surgery is one of the most effective surgical treatments for refractory erectile dysfunction.After decades of development,the mechanical reliability,patient satisfaction,safety and functional erectile repair of penile prostheses have been greatly improved.This paper reviews the development of penile prosthesis in recent decades and the management of postoperative infection.
