摘 要:目的分析发射计算机断层显像(ECT)全身骨显像早期诊断前列腺癌患者发生骨转移的效果。方法选择2021年5月至2023年7月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的51例前列腺癌骨转移患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者经手术病理和骨活检确诊为前列腺癌骨转移,所有患者开展ECT全身骨显像,分析检查结果。结果骨活检结果显示,51例骨转移患者中43例脊柱转移、40例肋骨转移、32例胸部转移、30例骨盆转移、5例颅骨转移、29例四肢转移。ECT骨转移检出率为96.08%(49/51),和骨活检检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在前列腺癌患者有无骨转移检测中应用ECT全身骨显像的结果与骨活检结果相近,ECT全身骨显像具有较高的诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the effect of emission computed tomography(ECT)whole-body bone imaging in early diagnosis of bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer.Methods A total of 51 patients with prostate cancer bone metastasis admitted to the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from May 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer bone metastasis through surgical pathology and bone biopsy.ECT whole-body bone imaging was performed in all patients and the examination results were analyzed.Results The bone biopsy results showed that among the 51 patients with bone metastasis,43 cases had spinal metastasis,40 cases had rib metastasis,32 cases had chest metastasis,30 cases had pelvic metastasis,5 cases had skull metastasis,and 29 cases had limb metastasis.The detection rate of ECT bone metastasis was 96.08%(49/51),and there was not statistically significant difference compared with bone biopsy results(P>0.05).Conclusions The results of applying ECT whole-body bone imaging in detecting bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer are similar to bone biopsy results,and ECT whole-body bone imaging has a higher diagnostic accuracy.
