摘　　要：心力衰竭是我国基层医院慢病管理的重要内容,其病因与合并症的及时处理可改善患者预后。本文依据近年心力衰竭治疗进展,对基层医院常见心力衰竭病因与合并症(包括心血管疾病和非心血管疾病两大类)临床治疗内容予以更新,并对及时向上级医院转诊提出专家建议,指导基层医师临床实践。Heart failure is a significant component of chronic disease management in primary hospitals in China.Timely treatment of its etiology and comorbidities can improve patient outcomes.This article updates the management of common causes and comorbidities of heart failure in primary hospitals based on the recent progress in the treatment of heart failure,including cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular diseases.It also offers expert recommendations for timely referral to higher-level hospitals,thereby guiding primary care physicians in their clinical practice.
