摘 要:以尿素-氯化钾、尿素-硫酸钾、尿素-磷酸二氢钾、锌工铵-氯化钾、聚磷酸铵-氯化钾、磷酸一铵-氯化钾6种混合肥样为原料,探讨配比值、总养分质量分数以及配比值和总养分质量分数耦合作用对混合肥液导电能力的影响,通过Origin 2022对实验结果进行回归拟合分析,建立以混合肥液配比值、总养分质量分数为自变量的电导率预测模型。结果表明,6组混合肥液电导率预测模型的平均相对误差分别为2.68%、1.70%、2.49%、4.13%、2.33%和3.58%,模型预测的可信度高。Six kinds of mixed fertilizer samples such as urea-potassium chloride,urea-potassium sulfate,urea-potassium dihydrogen phosphate,ammonium zinc-potassium chloride,ammonium polyphosphate-potassium chloride and monoammonium phosphate-potassium chloride are used as raw materials,the effects of the ratio value,total nutrient mass fraction and the coupling between the ratio value and total nutrient mass fraction on the conductivity of mixed fertilizer solutions are explored,and multiple regression fitting analysis is carried out through Origin 2022,the conductivity prediction model is established with the ratio value and total nutrient mass fraction of mixed fertilizer solutions as independent variables.The results show that the average relative errors of the conductivity prediction models are 2.68%,1.70%,2.49%,4.13%,2.33%and 3.58%,respectively,indicating that the models are highly reliable.
