摘  要:受市场的影响,高塔复合肥配方切换较频繁,常规换配方的方法在换配方过程中会产生大量的返料,降低了企业的利润。以生产复合肥26-10-26为例介绍变换配方的方法,即在放空尿素熔融槽的过程中继续向混合槽添加氯化钾和磷酸一铵粉料,在放空1#混合槽过程中继续向2#混合槽添加磷酸一铵粉料,可保证料浆养分合格,在切换配方期间不包返料,介绍具体的加料量计算方法及过程控制。采用此方法,可实现换配方期间不产生返料,产生良好的经济效益。Due to the influence of the market,the formula changing of high tower compound fertilizer is more frequent.According to the conventional formula changing method,a large amount of returned materials will be generated during the formula changing period,which reduces the profit of the enterprise.Taking the production of compound fertilizer 26-10-26 as an example,the formula changing method is introduced,which involves continuing to add potassium chloride and monoammonium phosphate powder to the mixing tank during the-emptying of the urea melting tank,and continuing to add monoammonium phosphate powder to the 2#mixing tank during the emptying of the 1#mixing tank.This can ensure that the nutrients of the slurry are qualified,and there is no need to return materials during the formula changing period.The specific calculation method and process control of the feeding amount are introduced.By using this method,it is possible to achieve no material return during the formula changing period,resulting in good economic benefits.
