摘 要:湿法磷酸经磷精矿脱硫净化后,产生的污水渣结晶效果不好,不利于过滤,且非水溶性磷含量偏高,不仅造成磷资源的浪费,而且影响此类渣的综合利用。对湿法磷酸净化过程中产生的渣通过加入浓硫酸进行改良优化,考察浓硫酸加入量对渣中非水溶性磷含量的影响。改良优化后,污水渣中w(非水溶性磷)降低至1%以下,磷回收率由30%提高到62%以上。After desulfurization and purification of WPA by phosphate concentrate,the crystallization effect of the sewage residue is not good,which is not conducive to filtration,and the insoluble phosphorus is high,which not only causes waste of phosphorus resources,but also affects the comprehensive utilization of such slag.The sewage residue generated during the purification process of WPA is improved and optimized by adding concentrated sulfuric acid,and the effect of concentrated sulfuric acid amount on the content of insoluble phosphorus in sewage residue is investigated.After improvement and optimization,the insoluble phosphorus in sewage residue decreases to below 1%,and the phosphorus recovery rate increases from 30%to over 62%.
