摘 要:建立一种红外吸收光谱法测定复合肥中总硫含量的方法,以硫酸铵中硫绝对质量与红外吸收强度建立标准曲线,该标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999;6次测定相对标准偏差为1.2%~1.4%,加标回收率为96.5%~101.5%,测定结果与GB/T 19203—2003中沉淀法一致,绝对差值为0.14%~0.21%。红外吸收光谱法准确度高,精密性好,操作简便,耗时短,适合大批量复合肥中总硫含量的快速检测。A method for determining the total sulfur content in compound fertilizer by infrared absorption spectrometry is established,and a standard curve is established based on the absolute mass of sulfur in ammonium sulfate and the infrared absorption intensity,the linear relationship of the standard curve is good,and the correlation coefficient is 0.999.The relative standard deviation of six measurment results is 1.2%-1.4%,the recovery rate is 96.5%-101.5%,the measurement results are consistent with the precipitation method in GB/T 19203—2003,with an absolute difference of 0.14%to 0.21%.The infrared absorption spectrometry method has high accuracy and good precision,it is easy to operate and time-consuming,and it is suitable for rapid detection of total sulfur content in large-scale compound fertilizers.
