基于《难经》“伤寒有五”探析太阳温病

摘　　要：分析《素问·热论》可知“今夫热病者,皆伤寒之类也”的“伤寒”非广义伤寒之义,而是指病因“伤于寒”。“伤寒有五”是对伤于寒所导致的5种热病的分类方法,其中“中风”“伤寒”为感而即病者,“湿温”“热病”“温病”皆为伏邪所致。冬不藏精,伤寒后伏匿于少阴,随春升之阳气化热内动,外达太阳而发为太阳温病。治疗以清热养阴,托邪外出为基本大法,根据阴精亏损和里热程度的不同,可选用辛凉清透、苦寒泄热、养阴清热药,随证治之。Analysis of Suwen·Relun shows that Shanghan'of‘today's fevers are all Shanghan and such'is not generalized Shanghan,but refers to the etiology of attack of cold.‘Shanghan including five categories'is a classification method for the five kinds of fever caused by attack of cold,of which wind-stroke syndrome and exogenons febrile disease are caused by new-contraction pathogen,and damp-warm disease,calentura and warm disease are all caused by latent evil.The essence is not stored in winter.After attack of cold,it is hidden in Shaoyin.With the rising yang qi in spring,it turns into heat and moves outward to Taiyang.The treatment is based on clearing heat and nourishing yin,and supporting the evil to go out.According to the deficiency of yin essence and the degree of internal heat,pungent-cool medicine,bitter-cold medicine and nourishing yin and clearing heat medicine can be choosed,and treat it according to the syndrome.
