《太素脉秘诀》中医心理脉象研究

摘　　要：文章从情志脉、人格脉、认知脉归纳和探讨《太素脉秘诀》所论之中医心理脉象。左寸无脉可推断惊、恐、忧之情志,右关撞指、左尺微沉与伏绝皆主思之情志。寸关尺不同部位见清脉与浊脉可推断不同人格特质,清脉主较善的人格特质,浊脉主较恶的人格特质。心脉的止数(尤其是女子)可推断不同人格特质,寸关尺所见其他不同脉象类型亦可推测多种不同的人格特质,如左尺重浊或右寸重浊皆主贪淫。肾脉、心脉、肺脉即左尺、左寸、右寸的变化与认知密切相关。This paper sums up and discusses the psychology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse condition in The Secret of Tai Su Pulse-taking from emotion pulse,personality pulse and cognition pulse.No pulse in the left cun can be used to infer the feelings of fear,startle and worry.The right guan impacting fingertips pulse,the left chi slightly deep pulse or deep-sited and dead pulse point out the emotion of thinking.Different personality traits can be inferred from the clear pulse or turbid pulse diagnosed in each part of cun,guan and chi of both hands.The clear pulse can be used to infer the personality trait of good,while the turbid pulse can be used to infer the personality trait of evil.The stop times of heart pulse(especially for females)can be used to infer different personality traits.Other different pulse types seen in cun,guan and chi can also speculate a variety of different personality traits,such as the left chi or the right cun has the heavy turbidity pluse signal both indicate the personality trait of lust.The changes of kidney,heart and lung corresponding pulse diagnosis position that is the left chi,the left cun and the right cun are closelyrelated tocognition.
