摘　　要：消化性溃疡(PU)是临床常见胃肠道疾病,好发于男性,有恶变可能,易并发上消化道出血及穿孔等,从而出现失血性休克等危急重症,危及生命。王道坤教授临床上从事脾胃病诊治已有五十余载,在治疗PU方面,形成了独特的治疗经验。王教授将PU分为脾胃虚弱型、肝胃不和型、阴虚胃痛型、瘀血内停型,基于“调和气血、安和五脏”理论,分别予以温中愈溃汤、疏肝愈溃汤、养阴愈溃汤、化瘀愈溃汤临床加减治疗。文章总结了王道坤教授治疗PU经验,以期对临床上治疗PU提供借鉴。Peptic ulcer(PU)is a common clinical gastrointestinal disease,usually occurs in men,has the possibility of malignant change,easy to be complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation,resulting in hemorrhagic shock and other critical conditions,life-threatening.Professor WANG Daokun has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases for more than 50 years,and has formed unique experience in the treatment of PU.Professor WANG divided PU into spleen stomach weakness type,liver stomach disharmony type,yin deficiency stomach pain,stasis blood stagnation type,based on the theory of‘harmonizing qi and blood,calming the five internal organs',clinical modifications of Wenzhong Yukui Decoction,Shugan Yukui Decoction,Yangyin Yukui Decoction and Huayu Yukui Decoction were respectively given.This article summarizes WANG Daokun's experience in treating PU,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatmentof PU.
