基于“开阖枢”理论探析三环中医舌象布局及气化特点

摘　　要：自《黄帝内经》以来,历代医家不断丰富与完善了舌象脏腑经络研究,并形成了舌象脏腑分布基本理论:舌根,归为肾、命门;舌中左归为胃,右归为脾;舌中部靠前归肺,舌尖归心;左边归肝、右边归胆;以三焦论,舌上部为上焦,舌中为中焦,舌根为下焦。然三阴三阳如何布局于舌象之中,则少有研究。文章基于《黄帝内经》开阖枢理论,结合历代医家研究成果,以类比方法,推衍出少阴少阳、厥阴阳明、太阳太阴之舌象布局,并将其命名为三环舌象图,并对舌象中三阴三阳之布局、内涵、气化特点进行解析,并附临床医案佐证,丰富了舌象布局、气化研究内容。Since the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,doctors in the past dynasties have continuously enriched and improved the study of tongue zang-fu organs and meridians,and formed the basic theory of tongue zang-fu organs distribution:Tongue root,classified as kidney and vital gate;the left side of the tongue belongs to the stomach,and the right belongs to the spleen;the middle of the tongue goes forward to the lung,and the tip of the tongue goes to the heart;the left side belongs to the liver,the right side belongs to the gallbladder;based on the theory of triple energizer,the upper part of the tongue is the upper energizer,the middle part of the tongue is the middle energizer,and the root of the tongue is the lower energizer.However,there is little research on how the three yin and three yang are arranged in the tongue image.Based on the theory of opening,closing and pivot of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,combined with the research results of doctors in past dynasties,this paper deduced the tongue image layout of Shaoyin Shaoyang,Jueyin Yangming and Taiyang Taiyin by analogy method,and named it as the three-ring tongue image,and analyzed the layout,connotation and gasification characteristics of the three yin and three yang in the tongue image,with the evidence of clinical medical cases,which enriched the research content of tongue image layout and gasification.
