摘　　要：青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)是一种青少年高发的严重危害脊柱健康的疾病,主要临床表现为脊柱三维结构的畸形、脊柱疼痛和姿势障碍。AIS给患者的日常生活和身心理都造成了不同程度的影响。目前手法治疗AIS,以其理论及方法的多样性和其独特的优势被广泛应用于临床,文章系统整理和分析了近年来手法治疗AIS的相关研究文献,从中医对AIS的认识,手法治疗AIS的理论体系及操作特点等方面概述手法治疗AIS的研究进展,为进一步深入开展手法治疗AIS的临床研究和机制探索提供参考和思路。Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)is a serious health hazard of the spine with a high prevalence in adolescents,with the main clinical manifestations being deformity of the three-dimensional structure of the spine,spinal pain and postural disorders.It has a varying degree of impact on the daily life and physical and psychological well-being of patients.At present,Tuina manipulation is widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of AIS because of its theoretical and methodological versatility and its unique advantages.This paper systematically collates and analyses the relevant research literature on manipulative treatment of AIS in recent years,outlines the research progress of manipulative treatment of AIS in terms of the understanding of AIS in Chinese medicine,the theoretical system and operational characteristics of manipulative treatment of Ais,and provides references and ideas for further in-depth clinical research and mechanism exploration of manipulative treatment of AIS.
