摘　　要：中国膏摩疗法是最古老的医疗实践技术之一,最早的文字记载出现于《五十二病方》中。后世历代医家对膏摩疗法的膏摩方及主治病症不断发展和扩大。作为体表刺激疗法中的一种,膏摩疗法具备中药与按摩的双重功效,曾与针灸、导引、吐纳等疗法并列,广泛应用于临床,但在近现代中逐渐淡出医生与科研工作者的视野,临床上少见应用,也鲜见有相关重要研究,并未得到充分的发展和推广,只留下大量的经验膏摩方。文章试从膏摩疗法的起源、历史发展、现代研究进展和展望等方面展开论述,以期探索膏摩疗法在现代医疗体系中的应用可能性,引起科研工作者和临床医生的兴趣,促进相关研究,为膏摩疗法的现代转型和发展提供基础。Chinese ointment massage therapy is one of the oldest medical practice techniques,the earliest written records appear in the Fifty-two Prescriptions for Diseases.Physicians of later generations have continued to develop and expand the anointing formula and the main symptoms of anointing therapy.As a kind of body surface stimulation therapy,ointment massage therapy has the dual effects of Chinese herb and massage,and it was once ranked with acupuncture,daoyin,tuna and other therapie and widely used in clinical practice.Now it is rarely used clinically,and there are few relevant important researches.It has not been fully developed and promoted,and only a large amount of experience has been left.This article attempts to discuss the origin,historical development,modern research progress and prospect of ointment massage therapy.With the aim of exploring the potential applications of ointment massage therapy in the modern medical system,this seeks to capture the interest of scientific researchers and clinical physicians,promote related studies,and provide a foundation for the modern transformation and development of ointment massage therapy.
