通督整脊法治疗儿童Tourette综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价通督整脊法治疗Tourette综合征临床疗效。方法:选取46例Tourette综合征儿童,随机分为对照组和试验组各23例。对照组予口服盐酸硫必利片规律治疗,试验组予通督整脊法治疗,通过耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)、中医证候积分表观察Tourette综合征儿童治疗前后抽动总积分、耶鲁总积分和中医证候积分改善状况。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后4周、8周YGTSS评分及中医证候积分均显著下降(P<0.01)。治疗后4周及8周试验组YGTSS改善率及中医证候积分疗效均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),试验组不良反应更少。结论:通督整脊法治疗Tourette综合征临床疗效可靠、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongdu chiropractic massage in children with Tourette syndrome.Methods:A total of 46 Tourette syndrome children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of Thiopride Hydrochloride Tables regularly,and the treatment group was treated by Tongdu chiropractic massage.The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and TCM Syndrome Score were used to observe the improvement of clinical results of total tic scores,Yale total scores,and TCM Syndrome scores before and after treatment in children with Tourette syndrome.Results:Compared with that before treatment,the score of YGTSS and TCM syndrome of the two groups was decreased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment(P<0.01).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of YGTSS score and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome integral in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Less adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.Conclusion:The Tongdu chiropractic massagee is an effective method in the treatment of Tourette syndrome children,which has reliable clinical efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
