维医涂油敷药疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:运用维医证候疗效标准以及DAS28评分、HAQ评分标准客观评价涂油敷药疗法对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的影响。方法:选取60例符合诊断标准的RA患者,根据异常体质分型选择相应油剂不断地涂檫,并进行TDP照射,每日1次,治疗10 d。治疗前后检测患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF),血糖(GLU)、肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、肾功能[血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)],运用HAQ评分、DAS28评分及维医证候疗效标准观察患者主症、次症、症候的变化情况来评价维医涂油敷药疗法治疗RA疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患者主症、次症积分及HAQ评分、DAS28评分均显著降低(P<0.05),ESR、CRP、RF、ALT、AST、BUN、Cr、GLU差异无统计学意义。结论:维医涂油敷药能改善RA患者关节症状,提高生活质量,且安全性较好。Objective:To objectively evaluate the influence of oil application therapy on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients by using the curative effect standard of Uygur medicine syndrome,DAS28 score and HAQ quality of life score standard.Methods:Sixty patients with RA who meet the diagnostic criteria were selected,and the corresponding oil was applied continuously according to the abnormal constitution classification,and TDP irradiation was performed once a day for 10 days.Before and after treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),glucose(GLU),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood urea nitrogennitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)were detected,the changes of patients'main symptoms,secondary symptoms and syndromes were observed by using HAQ quality of life score,DAS28 score and the curative standard of Uygur medicine syndromes to evaluate the curative effect of Uygur medicine oil application therapy on RA.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms,HAQ quality of life score and DAS28 score were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in ESR,CRP,RF,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr and GLU.Conclusion:Uyghur medicine can improve the joint symptoms of RA patients and improve the quality of life,and it is safe.
