摘　　要：目的探究互联网对农村居民健康投资的影响,发挥互联网对农村居民健康水平的促进作用。方法基于2018年CFPS数据,采用OLS回归、中介效应模型等方法实证互联网使用对农村居民健康投资的影响,信息获取在互联网使用和农村居民健康投资之间的中介效应。结果互联网使用对农村居民包括医疗支出、保健支出、锻炼频率在内的健康投资具有显著的正向影响。互联网使用拓宽了农村居民信息获取渠道,是互联网使用对农村居民健康投资影响的作用机制之一。结论推进农村地区互联网+医疗健康,提升农村地区卫生健康服务能力。针对不同特征群体,提高农村居民互联网信息利用能力。引导互联网助力健康乡村,提高农村居民健康投资效率。Objective To explore the impact of the Internet on the health investment of rural residents,and to give full play to the role of the Internet in promoting the health of rural residents.Methods Based on the 2018 CFPS data,OLS regression and intermediary effect model were used to empirically examine the impact of the Internet usage on rural residents’health investment,and the intermediary effect of information acquisition between the Internet usage and rural residents’health investment.Results Internet usage had a significant positive impact on health investment of rural residents,including medical expenditure,health care expenditure and exercise frequency.It broadened rural residents’access to information,and was one of the mechanisms of the impact of the Internet usage on health investment of rural residents.Conclusions It is necessary to promote Internet plus medical and health care in rural areas to enhance the capacity of health services there,to improve the ability of rural residents to make use of Internet information by targeting at different groups,and to guide the construction of healthy villages with the help of the Internet for improving the efficiency of health investment of rural residents.
