摘 要:目前生产现场监测气侵是通过脱气器脱离地层气,由气路管线传输给录井仪器房内部色谱仪实时分析,再根据气测数据变化判断是否气侵,因气路管线传输气体有3~5 min的延迟,而色谱仪又有固定分析周期,发现气侵存在3~5 min的滞后,错过气侵处置黄金时间,会给井控安全带来不同程度的影响。为了及时精准发现气侵,利用光学原理及地层气含量实时分析技术,研制出一套兼容各型号色谱仪及钻井工程参数仪功能的在线式气侵监测系统,通过在吐哈、苏里格等油气田应用,成功监测到143次气侵,实现了气侵监测及时率和准确率达到100%的目标,消除了色谱仪监测气侵存在的延迟,解决了井场所面临的难题,为安全钻井提供了可靠的技术保障。At present,the gas cut monitoring at the production site is achieved by separating the formation gas through a degasser.The separated gas is transmitted by the gas pipeline to the chromatographs inside mud logging units for real⁃time analysis,and then gas cut is judged according to the changes of the gas logging data.Due to the 3⁃5 min delay of gas transmission in gas pipeline and the fixed analysis cycle of the chromatograph,it was found that gas cut lagged by 3⁃5 min,which missed the golden time for gas cut disposal and had varying degrees of impact on well control safety.In order to timely and accurately detect gas cut,an on⁃line gas cut monitoring system compatible with various models of chromatographs and drilling engineering parameter instrument has been developed using optical principles and real⁃time analysis technology of formation gas content.Through its application in Tuha,Sulige and other oil⁃gas fields,143 gas cuts were successfully monitored.The goal of timely rate and accurate rate of gas cut monitoring reaching 100%is achieved,which,eliminates the delay of gas cut monitored by chromatographs,solves the problems faced by the well site,and provides a reliable technical guarantee for safe drilling.
