从“凡十一脏取决于胆”论围月经期哮喘

摘　　要：围月经期哮喘在女性哮喘患者中占有相当的比例,有时其预后较普通哮喘更为严重。“凡十一脏取决于胆”是《黄帝内经》藏象体系重要的理论传承,五脏六腑均取决于此,各医家对其含义的理解也不尽相同。“胆”枢机不畅,可导致经脉循行、气血通畅、阳气生发、相火以位等多种生理状态异常,临床可发为多病,是围月经期哮喘的致病原因之一。治疗上可从“凡十一脏取决于胆”入手,其运行和畅,疾病可愈。Perimenstrual asthma(PMA)accounts for a considerable proportion of asthma in women,and sometimes its prognosis is more severe than that of common asthma.“All eleven organs depend on gallbladder”is an important theoretical inheritance of the visceral manifestation system in The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic.It means that five zang-organs and six fu-organs all depend on the gallbladder,which is understood differently by various medical practitioners.Disharmony of“gall bladder”pivot can lead to abnormalities in the physiological state of meridian circulation,qi and blood movement,rising of yang qi,and ministerial fire in position,and can lead to a variety of clinical disorders.It is one cause of perimenstrual asthma.On clinical treatment,“all eleven organs depend on gallbladder”should be treated first to harmonize the circulation and cure the disease.
