摘　　要：逍遥散作为临床验方,倍受历朝医家青睐。门九章教授立足气机,以逍遥散为底,调气机之纵以济阴阳,理气机之横以和肝脾,并于临证中灵活加减,使其显效于各类疑难杂病。试解读逍遥散方义,分析医理,附验案二则,旨在梳理门九章教授运用逍遥散治疗杂病之学术观点及实证经验,以指导临床处方用药。Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散),as a proved formula in clinic,has been favored by doctors of in history.Professor MEN Jiuzhang bases on the qi movement and takes Xiaoyao Powder as the primary formula to regulate qi movement vertically,harmonize yin and yang horizontally,so as to harmonize liver and spleen.Besides,he modifies Xiaoyao Powder flexibly in clinical treatment,and therefore Xiaoyao Powder is effective in various stubborn diseases.Formula significance of Xiaoyao Powder is interpreted to analyze medical theory with two proved cases so as to analyze the academic thought and clinical experience by Professor MEN Jiuzhang in treating miscellaneous disease with Xiaoyao Powder,and to guide clinical prescription.
