摘  要:采用激光增材修复方法对K4169合金基材进行了高质量修复,研究了均匀化处理+固溶处理+双级时效处理(SIDA)对激光增材修复K4169合金显微组织与力学性能的影响规律。研究表明:激光增材修复K4169合金修复情况良好,渗透探伤与X射线探伤均未检测到缺陷产生。试样修复区显微组织为沿沉积方向外延生长的典型的粗大柱状晶组织,细小松针状的Laves相在枝晶间大量析出。经过SIDA热处理后,贯通各个修复层的亚稳柱状枝晶组织转变为细小的等轴晶,脆性Laves相发生固溶,呈现出碎化现象。修复态试样平均抗拉强度为521 MPa,经SIDA处理后可达856 MPa,高于铸件的825 MPa,伸长率由修复态的31.4%下降到20.3%,但仍高于铸件的5%。所有室温拉伸试样断裂位置均在热影响区并且均为韧性断裂。The high quality repair of K4169 alloy substrate was carried out by using laser additive repair.The effects of homogenization treatment+solution treatment+two-stage aging treatment(SIDA)on the microstructure and tensile properties of the laser additive repaired K4169 alloy were studied.The research shows that the repair morphology of the laser additive repaired K4169 alloy is good,and no defects are detected by penetration testing and X-ray testing.The repaired microstructure is a typical coarse columnar dendrite epitaxially grown along the deposition direction,and a large number of fine needle-like Laves phases precipitate between dendrites.After SIDA heat treatment,the stable columnar dendrite structure through each repair layer is transformed into fine equiaxed grains,the brittle phase Laves phase is obviously melted,showing fragmentation.The average tensile strength of the repaired sample is 521 MPa,which reaches 856 MPa after SIDA treatment,which is higher than 825 MPa of the casting,but the elongation decreases from 31.4%of the repair state to 20.3%,which is still higher than 5%of the casting.The fracture positions of all tensile specimens at room temperature are in the heat affected zone and they are ductile fracture.
