摘 要:采用粉末冶金法制备了双尺度SiC_(p)增强Al基复合材料,SiC_(p)双粒径50μm:10μm的比例分别为1∶1、2∶1、3∶1、4∶1及5∶1,添加总含量为20vol%。通过销盘式摩擦磨损试验机对复合材料及对比试样HT300材料的耐磨性能进行了测试,使用SEM、EDS对复合材料及HT300摩擦磨损前后的微观形貌进行了表征,并对复合材料摩擦磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明,SiC_(p)与Al基体界面结合良好,无界面脱粘及孔隙产生。任一碳化硅颗粒粒径配比的SiC_(p)/Al基复合材料的耐磨性能均优于HT300,其中颗粒粒径配比为3∶1时耐磨性能最优,HT300磨损量约为颗粒粒径配比3∶1时的7~13倍。SiC_(p) double scale reinforced Al matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method.The size ratio of 50μm:10μm SiC_(p) is 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1 and 5:1,respectively,and the total added content is 20vol%.The wear resistance of the composites and the comparison specimen HT300 material were tested by a pin-disk friction and wear tester,and the microscopic morphology of the composites and HT300 before and after friction and wear were characterized using SEM and EDS,and the friction and wear mechanism of the composites was analyzed.The results show that SiC_(p) binds well with Al matrix interface,no interface deadhesion and pores form.The SiC_(p)/Al matrix composites with either SiC_(p) particle size ratio have better wear resistance than HT300,and the best wear resistance is achieved with a particle size ratio of 3:1,and the wear amount of HT300 is about 7-13 times of that of the material with the particle size ratio of 3:1.
