摘　　要：伴随着全球老龄化的快速进程,老年共病的患病率随增龄而增加,已成为威胁老年人群健康的重要问题。老年人的共病管理存在较大差异,目前尚无适用于我国老年共病患者管理的指南。2023年北京协和医院老年医学科牵头发布了《老年共病管理中国专家共识(2023)》,探讨了老年共病的概念及影响、管理目标、管理原则、管理策略;为老年共病管理实践提供具体建议,促进健康老龄化。该文旨在对该共识的要点进行解读,以期为我国老年人的共病管理提供参考。With the rapid process of global aging,the prevalence of senile multimorbidity increases with aging,which has become an important problem threatening the health of the elderly population.There are great differences in the management of senile multimorbidity,and there are no guidelines for the management of senile multimorbidity in China.In 2023,the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital led the release of Chinese Expert Consensus on Management of Elderly Patients with Multimorbidity(2023),which discussed the concept and impact,management objectives,management principles,and management strategies of geriatric comorbidity.To provide specific suggestions for the management of senile multimorbidity and promote healthy aging.This article aims to interpret the main points of the consensus,in order to provide reference for the management of multimorbidity of the elderly in China.
