老年厌食症与衰弱相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：老年厌食症(AA)是一种复杂的老年综合征,在老年人中很常见,在居家居民中患病率高达25%,在医院人群中为62%,在养老院人群中为85%。但是AA在临床上的诊治率并不高,很多情况下,AA被认为是正常衰老的一部分。相关研究表明AA和营养不良、衰弱相关。该文结合国内外相关文献对老年性厌食症与衰弱的相互关系进行综述,及早给予必要的干预,可减少衰弱的发生,改善老年人的生存质量。Anorexia of aging(AA)is a complex geriatric syndrome that is common in the elderly,with prevalence of AA reported to be as high as 25%in home residents,62%in hospital populations,and 85%in nursing home populations.However,the clinical diagnosis and treatment rate of anorexia in the elderly is not high,and in many cases,AA is considered to be part of normal aging.In recent years,the related research indicated that AA is related to malnutrition and weakness.This article reviews the correlation between anorexia senilis and weakness in order to reduce the occurrence of weakness and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
