摘  要:本文针对采用SMW(soil mixing wall)工法桩的长大深基坑围护的变形受力特点,通过有限元对杭州地区某软土基坑进行三维建模,基于围护结构的水平位移、周边地表沉降以及深层土体位移的变化规律,探究SMW工法桩型钢布置形式、软弱土层分布以及土体性能对基坑变形的影响。对比分析数值模拟结果可知:型钢间距越密集,SMW工法桩侧向水平位移、地表沉降以及深层土体位移越小;其中“密插型”布置方法比“插一跳一型”的围护结构位移最大值减小8.16%~9.74%,周边地表沉降最大值减小约10.00%~23.53%。软弱土层厚度对基坑变形影响较大,软弱土层越厚基坑围护结构变形值与地表沉降值越大,软弱土层厚度增大后,围护结构侧向位移增大14.55%~42.22%、地表沉降增大2~7倍。通过上述研究分析结果,能为采用SMW工法桩的类似基坑围护设计提供参考经验。In view of the deformation and stress characteristics of the retaining structure of long and deep foundation pit with SMW(soil mixing wall)pile,the three-dimensional modeling of a soft soil foundation pit in Hangzhou is carried out by finite element method.The variation law of displacement,surrounding surface settlement and deep soil displace-ment is explored,and the influence of SMW pile steel layout,soft soil layer distribution and soil performance on foun-dation pit deformation is explored.Comparing and analyzing the numerical simulation results,it can be seen that the denser the steel spacing is,the smaller the lateral horizontal displacement,surface settlement and deep soil displace-ment of SMW pile are.The maximum displacement of the enclosure structure of the close-inserted layout method is re-duced by 8.16%-9.74%compared with the maximum displacement of the enclosure structure of the insert-hop-one-type layout method,and the maximum settlement of the surrounding surface is reduced by about 10.00%-23.53%.The thickness of soft soil layer has a great influence on the deformation of foundation pit.The thicker the soft soil layer is,the larger the deformation value of foundation pit retaining structure and the surface settlement value are.After the thick-ness of soft soil layer increases,the lateral displacement of retaining structure increases by 14.55%-42.22%,and the surface settlement increases by 2-7 times.Through the above research and analysis results,it can provide reference ex-perience for similar foundation pit enclosure design using SMW pile.
