摘  要:针对下游客户提出的SPHC产品冲压开裂问题展开分析、讨论,结果表明:从问题试样断口处检测出的夹杂物为开裂直接原因。夹杂物含有结晶器保护渣特有元素K、Na,证明其来源于结晶器保护渣;浇注中结晶器液面存在波动情况。通过实施相关措施及6个月验证,有效降低了SPHC产品由夹杂物原因导致的改判率,使其质量得到改善。The paper analyses and discusses the stamping cracking problem of SPHC product raised by the downstream customer.The results show that the inclusions detected from the fracture of the failed specimen are the direct cause of the cracking.The inclusions contain elements such as K and Na specific in mould powder,which proves that the inclusions originate from the mould powder.The mould liquid level fluctuation exists during casting.After taking corrective measures and 6 months time verification,the re-judging rate due to inclusion is effectively reduced with improved product quality.
