摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法以及水热法制备了ZnMnO_(3)/N-CNT钙钛矿型催化剂,研究不同制备方法对催化材料结构和性能的影响.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和比表面积测定仪(BET)等分析手段对催化剂材料的微观结构进行了表征,利用电化学测试系统评价催化剂的氧还原反应(ORR)催化活性,并考察了催化剂在铝-空气电池中的催化性能.测试结果表明,水热法制备的ZnMnO_(3)/N-CNT催化剂起始电势(Eonset)与半波电势(E1/2)高于商业Pt/C催化剂,且具有较好的稳定性.此外,使用其制备的铝-空气电池具有较高的放电电压,释放的总能量为55.59MWh·cm^(-2).ZnMnO_(3)/N-CNT perovskite catalysts were prepared by sol-gel,co-precipitation and hydrothermal methods to study the effects of different preparation methods on the structure and properties of catalytic materials.The microstructure of the catalyst materials was characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and specific surface tester(BET),and electrochemical testing system was used to test the catalyst's catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)as well as to investigate the catalytic performance of the catalysts in an aluminum-air battery.The test results showed that the onset potential(Eonset)and half-wave potential(E1/2)of the ZnMnO_(3)/N-CNT catalyst prepared by the hydrothermal method were higher than those of the commercial Pt/C catalysts,and had better stability.In addition,the aluminum-air battery prepared using it has a high discharge voltage and releases a total energy of 55.59 MWh·cm^(-2).
