摘  要:目的了解威海市人群土源性线虫感染现状,为针对性制定防控策略提供依据。方法按照《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》要求,于2016、2018、2020和2022年分别对威海市4个县(市、区,以下简称县)开展监测。各县按地理方位划分为东、西、南、北、中等5个片区,每个片区抽取1个乡镇(或街道)的1个行政村(或社区)为调查点,每个调查点整群抽取3周岁以上常住居民200人,每县监测不少于1000人。收集调查对象粪样,以改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪两检)检测土源性线虫虫卵;3~9岁儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫虫卵。结果2016-2022年,威海市共监测4062人,土源性线虫感染率为4.19%。感染虫种为蛔虫、鞭虫2种,虫种感染率分别为0.12%和4.11%。地区分布:荣成感染率最高,为8.76%,不同地区感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=70.41,P<0.01)。人群分布:男性感染率高于女性,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.53,P>0.05);40~49岁年龄组人群感染率最高,为6.46%,各年龄组感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.427,P>0.05);民工土源性线虫感染率最高,为13.33%,不同职业人群间感染率的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.674,P<0.01);文盲土源性线虫感染率最高,为5.41%,不同文化程度人群间感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.649,P>0.05)。3~9岁儿童蛲虫检测184人,阳性2人,蛲虫感染率为1.09%,其中荣成市4.08%,其他3县均为0。结论威海市人群土源性线虫感染整体处于较高水平,感染虫种以鞭虫为主,仍需加大防控力度,重点关注中老年和儿童。Objective To understand the current situation of soil-transmitted nematode infections in people in Weihai,and to provide a basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies.Methods According to the requirements of the National Surveillance Program for Soil-transmitted Nematodes,the surveillance was conducted in four counties(cities,districts,hereinafter referred to as counties)in Weihai in 2016,2018,2020and 2022.Each county was divided into five areas according to geographical location:east,west,south,north and middle.One administrative village(or community)in one town(or street)was selected as the survey site in each area.200permanent residents over 3years old were selected as the cluster sample in each survey site,and no less than 1000people were monitored in each county.The fecal samples of the respondents were collected,and the modified Kato-Katz method(one fecal sample with two tests)was used to detect soil-transmitted nematode eggs.The transparent adhesive paper anal swab method was used to detect Enterobius vermicularis eggs in children aged 3-9years old.Results From 2016to 2022,4062people were monitored in Weihai,and the infection rate ofSoil-transmitted nematodes was 4.19%.There are two species in infestor,Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichinella trichurica,with infection rates of 0.12%and 4.11%respectively.Regional distribution:Rongcheng has the highest infection rate(8.76%),and the difference of infection rate in different regions is statistically significant(χ^(2)=70.41,P<0.01).Population distribution:the infection rate of males is higher than that of females,with no statistical significance(χ^(2)=1.53,P>0.05).The infection rate was the highest in the age group of 40-49,which was 6.46%,and there was no statistical difference among the age groups(χ^(2)=15.427,P>0.05).The infection rate of soil-borne nematodes among migrant workers was the highest(13.33%),and the difference of infection rate among different occupational groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.674,P<0.01).The highest i
