摘 要:芳香药效组分是从中药材或者中药复方中提取得到的具有芳香、抗菌、抗病毒等药效作用的挥发性组分,其在抗新型冠状病毒方剂中发挥主要治疗作用。以新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(第八版)中的清肺排毒汤为例,通过对清肺排毒汤中具有芳香药效组分的单味药材的提取方法及化学成分的确定进行归纳总结,为提高该类中药的生物利用度和稳定性提供参考。Aromatic active components are volatile components of traditional Chinese medicine with aromatic,antibacterial and antiviral effects,which are extracted from traditional Chinese medicine by volatile oil.They play a major therapeutic role in anti-novel coronavirus prescriptions.Taking Qingfei Paidu Decoction(8th edition)in novel coronavirus as an example,the extraction methods and composition determination of single medicinal materials with aromatic components in Qingfei Paidu Decoction were summarized,and its future development direction was prospected,so as to provide basic reference for improving the bioavailability and stability of this kind of traditional Chinese medicine.
