摘  要:选用化妆品防晒剂原料甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯,分别进行体外兔角膜上皮细胞短时暴露实验,体外3T3中性红摄取光毒性试验与皮肤变态反应:局部淋巴结试验(DA法,LLNA:DA)等动物替代实验。防晒剂原料在三个实验中结果均为阴性。动物替代实验相对于传统动物实验更高效,数据更客观并符合动物伦理要求,加快替代实验的研究、验证和认可工作,将有助于加速我国的化妆品检验标准与国际接轨。Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,the raw material of cosmetic sunscreen,was used to conduct the short-term exposure experiment of rabbit corneal epithelial cells in vitro,the in vitro 3T3 neutral red uptake phototoxicity test and the skin allergy was local lymph node test(DA method,LLNA:DA)respectively.Results were negative in the three animal substitution experiments for Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate.Compared with traditional animal experiments,animal substitution experiments were more efficient,and the data were more objective and met the requirements of animal ethics.Accelerating the research,verification and approval of substitution experiments would help accelerate the cosmetics inspection standards of China to be in line with international standards.
