摘 要:对于含蜡稠油水包油乳状液性质影响的研究多集中于胶质、沥青质、固体颗粒等因素上,对于蜡组分对水包油乳状液性质的影响研究较少。本文以某油田稠油和石蜡配制的不同含蜡量的乳状液为研究对象,利用Zeta电位粒度仪、界面张力仪以及流变仪等分析了不同含蜡量对乳状液Zeta电位、界面张粒径大小、流变性、粘温特性、表观粘度的影响。研究表明,在一定温度、一定含蜡量下水包油乳状液Zeta电位下降,表面张力降低,粒径减小,稳定性增强,对乳状液流变性不会产生明显影响。温度变化对含蜡稠油水包油乳状液性质有重要影响。The research on the properties of waxy heavy oil-in-water emulsions mostly focuses on factors such as resins,asphaltenes and solid particles.There are few studies on the effects of wax components on the properties of oil-in-water emulsions.The emulsions with different wax contents prepared by heavy oil and paraffin in an oilfield were studied.The effects of different wax contents on the zeta potential,interfacial tension particle size,rheology,viscosity-temperature characteristics and apparent viscosity of the emulsions were analyzed by Zeta potential particle size analyzer,interfacial tension meter,and rheometer.Studies showed that at a certain temperature and a certain wax content,the Zeta potential of the oil-in-water emulsion decreased,the surface tension decreased,the particle size decreased,and the stability increased,which had no significant effect on the rheology of the emulsion.Temperature change had an important influence on the properties of a waxy heavy oil-in-water emulsion.
