摘 要:基于超高液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)结合代谢组学方法研究栀子厚朴汤的毒性机制。评价栀子厚朴汤对大鼠的肝毒性。对采集的两组大鼠肝组织样本进行检测,用主成分分析(PCA)结合正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)寻找差异代谢物及代谢通路。结果鉴别出30种差异代谢物,涉及9条主要的代谢通路。本研究为栀子厚朴汤的毒性机制研究提供参考。The toxicity mechanism of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po decoction was studied based on UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS in combination with metabolomic methods.The hepatotoxicity of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po decoction in rats was evaluated.Samples of rat liver tissue collected were detected,and differential metabolites and metabolic pathways were found by PCA combined with OPLS-DA.As a result,33 different metabolites involving 9 major metabolic pathways were identified.A reference was provided for the study of the toxicity mechanism of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po decoction.
