摘 要:为响应国家节能减排的号召,采取添加机械浆、添加阳离子淀粉、磨浆处理以及改变长短纤维抄造配比这四种工艺,探究提高废纸抄纸强度的最佳条件,达到废纸重复利用的目的。实验数据表明:未经任何处理的废纸抗张指数为14.45 N·m·g^(-1);磨浆0.5 min时,纸张的抗张指数为27.72 N·m·g^(-1),较未处理纯废纸张提升92%;添加阳离子淀粉后的抗张指数为21.63 N·m·g^(-1),提升50%;添加机械浆和改变长短纤维抄造配比对纸张提升的效果相接近,抗张指数分别为19.92 N·m·g^(-1)和18.12 N·m·g^(-1)。In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,four processes,including adding mechanical pulp,adding cationic starch,refining and changing the ratio of long and short fibers,were adopted to explore the best conditions for improving the strength of waste paper and achieve the goal of the reuse of waste paper.The experimental data showed that the tensile index of the waste paper without any treatment was 14.45 N·m·g^(-1),when the pulp was refined for 0.5 min,the tensile index of the paper was 27.72 N·m·g^(-1),which was improved by 92%than that of the untreated,the tensile index after adding cationic starch was 21.63 N·m·g^(-1),which was improved by 50%.Adding mechanical pulp and changing the ratio of long and short fibers had similar effects on improving paper strength,and the tensile indices were 19.92 N·m·g^(-1)and 18.12 N·m·g^(-1),respectively.
