摘 要:1,4-丁二醇是一种重要的有机化工和精细化工原料,其下游产品四氢呋喃、γ-丁内酯等更是合成一系列具有高附加值产品的重要原料,广泛用于农药、医药和化妆品等领域。本设计为生物法生产1,4-丁二醇的工厂设计模拟,设计内容包括对厂址选择、工艺流程、物料衡算、设备选型等方面进行设计和计算,并绘制厂区总平面布置图。本项目在满足一定生产要求,及国家行业生产标准基础上,坚持绿色发展,创新驱动发展,以新工艺满足绿色化工发展要求。1,4-butanediol is an important organic chemical and fine chemical raw material.Its downstream products such as tetrahydrofuran andγ-butyrolactone are important raw materials for synthesizing a series of high value-added products,which are widely used in pesticides,medicine and cosmetics.This design was a simulation of plant design for biological production of 1,4-butanediol.The design content included design and calculation of plant site selection,process flow,material balance,equipment selection,etc,and drawing the general layout of the plant.On the basis of meeting certain production requirements and national industry production standards,the project adhered to green development,innovation-driven development,and met the development requirements of green chemical engineering with new processes.
