摘  要:煤制乙二醇合成工艺中CO催化偶联合成草酸二甲酯的过程是典型的碳一化学。其中NO_(x)在草酸二甲酯的合成过程中循环利用,只需要在开车阶段对合成系统进行补入。在不同的煤制乙二醇工艺技术流程当中NO_(x)的补入方法是有所不同的。介绍了现阶段工业化生产稳定运行的草酸二甲酯合成装置中NO_(x)补入方法和榆林化学180万t/a煤制乙二醇项目草酸二甲酯合成装置中NO_(x)补入方法,同时对几种不同的补入方法进行比较,分析这几种补入方式的优点和不足之处。The process of CO catalysis coupling to dimethyl oxalate in the synthesis of ethylene glycol from coal is a typical carbon-1 chemistry.Among them,NO_(x)is recycled in the synthesis process of dimethyl oxalate,which only needs to be added to the synthesis system in the start-up stage.In different coal-to-ethylene glycol technology processes,the NO_(x)injection methods are different.The NO_(x)adding methods in the dimethyl oxalate synthesis unit which was in stable operation in industrial production and the NO_(x)adding methods in the dimethyl oxalate synthesis unit of the 1.8 million t/a coal ethylene glycol project of Yulin Chemical was introduced.At the same time,several different adding methods were compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of these adding methods were analyzed.
