摘　　要：人才是一个国家发展的根本保证,语言人才对建立我国国际形象具有重要作用。语言学习离不开对国外文化知识、意识形态、价值观念等内容的学习,如何在语言教育中使学生树立正确的价值观,培养其辨别是非的能力,是所有语言教育者必须关注的问题。为了培养具有家国情怀的高级语言人才,学校要在人才培养中加强思政元素的融入。因此,主要探讨了从人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、教材建设、课程建设等方面全方位实施思想政治育人的路径和方法,希望能为我国英语人才培养提供一定的借鉴作用。Talent is the fundamental guarantee of a country’s development.Talents of language play an important role in establishing China’s international image.Language learning is inseparable from foreign cultural knowledge,ideology,values and other contents.How to establish students’correct values and cultivate their ability to distinguish right from wrong in language education is a problem that all language educators must pay attention to.In order to cultivate high-level talents of language with feelings of family and country,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum.Therefore,this paper discusses the ways and methods of ideological and political education from the aspects of talent training scheme,teacher team construction,textbook construction and curriculum construction,hoping to have a certain reference for the cultivation of English talents in China.
