摘　　要：在海南自贸港背景下,海南与世界各国之间交流合作日益频繁,涉外法律问题日益凸显。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对涉外法律人才的内涵、需求及人才培养目标与优化路径进行分析。研究认为,涉外法律人才培养目标应从拥有完善的知识结构、有较强的法律实践能力、具备良好的职业素养、需要较高的外语能力等四个方面设定培养目标。在此基础上,从英语语言的角度提出高校人才培养的两条优化路径:初级阶段,普及法律英语;中高阶段,实施双语法律教学。In the context of Hainan Free Trade Port,exchanges and cooperation between Hainan and other countries and regions are increasingly frequent,and foreign-related legal issues are increasingly prominent.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the connotation,demand,goal and optimization paths of foreign-related legal talents training.According to the research:The training objectives should be set from four aspects:a perfect knowledge structure,strong legal practice ability,good professional quality,and high foreign language ability.On this basis,from the perspective of English language,this paper puts forward two optimization paths for foreign-related legal talents training in universities and colleges:at the primary stage,popularize legal English;In the middle and high stages,bilingual legal teaching should be implemented.
