摘  要:一氧化碳(CO)是在生活、生产中常见的可燃性气体,对人体伤害巨大。因此,实现CO的高灵敏、高稳定检测具有重要意义。采用牺牲模板法与等体积浸渍相结合的方式制备出NiO@MGC新型复合敏感材料。通过XRD,BET,SEM,TEM表征方法对不同负载量样品形貌、晶体结构进行表征。证明了制备的复合材料继承了分子筛模板的微孔结构,并且NiO均匀限域在微孔孔道中。制作成传感器探头进行气敏性能测试,结果表明:传感器可以实现对CO在10×10^(-6)~50×10^(-6)范围内的快速检测,并且具有良好的稳定性。同时验证了传感器在NO_(2),NH_(3)和乙醇的干扰下可以实现CO选择性检测。Carbon monoxide(CO)is a common flammable gas in life and production,which is very harmful to the human body.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the high sensitivity and high stability detection of CO.A new type of composite sensitive material NiO@MGC is prepared by combining the sacrificial template method with the equal volume impregnation.The morphology and crystal structure of the samples with different loadings are characterized by XRD,BET,SEM and TEM.It is proved that the prepared composite material inherites the microporous structure of the molecular sieve template,and NiO is uniformly confined in the microporous channels.Sensor probe is made for gas sensitivity test.The results show that the sensor can realize the rapid detection of CO in the range of 10×10^(-6)~50×10^(-6),and has good stability.At the same time,it is verified that the sensor can realize selective detection of CO under the interference of NO_(2),NH_(3) and ethanol.
