摘  要:基于光纤弹性应变与圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧轴向变形的传递机理,提出了一种压杆式光纤光栅位移传感器。推导出波长漂移与压簧自由端位移的关系式,采取光纤光栅两端夹持的应变传递封装,结合压簧、弹簧管与紧定装置组成弹性转换结构,采用线径0.6 mm,中径6 mm,有效圈数14的压簧元件制备了传感器原型,并对其静态性能和温度响应特性进行了标定试验研究。结果表明:在15 mm的量程内,传感器的位移灵敏度为451.36 pm/mm,线性度为0.69%,重复性为1.54%,迟滞性为1.13%;应变、温补光栅的温度灵敏度分别为10.15,19.18 pm/℃,误差分别为1.39%,1.50%,具有良好的温度补偿效果。Based on mechanism of transmission between elastic strain of optical fiber and axial deformation of cylindrically helical compression spring,a fiber Bragg grating(FBG)displacement sensor with pressure rod is proposed.The relationship formula between wavelength shift and the free end displacement of compression spring is derived.Strain transfer packaging with FBG clamps at both ends,and the elastic conversion structure is composed of compression spring,spring tube and tightening device.The sensor prototype is fabricated by using spring elements with wire diameter of 0.6 mm,pitch diameter of 6 mm and effective number of coils of 14.The static performance and temperature response characteristics are studied by calibration test.Test results show that within the range of 15mm,the displacement sensitivity of the sensor is 451.36pm/mm,the linearity is 0.69%,the repeatability is 1.54%,and the hysteresis is 1.13%.The temperature sensitivity of the strain grating and temperature compensation grating are 10.15 pm/℃and 19.18 pm/℃,respectively;and the errors are 1.39%and 1.50%,respectively,which shows good temperature compensation effect.
